  • How to Book: Navigate to our "Tours & Treks" section. Once you've selected your desired trek, click on the "Request a Quote" button. Follow the instructions, providing the necessary details.

  1. Preparing for Your Trek/Trip

  • Physical Preparation: Some treks require a certain level of physical fitness. Make sure to train in advance. We recommend daily walks, hiking, and stair climbing.
  • Acclimatization: For high-altitude treks, consider arriving a few days earlier to adjust to the altitude. Drink plenty of water and take things slow.
  • Travel Insurance: We highly recommend purchasing travel insurance to cover unexpected incidents or cancellations.
  1. What to Pack

  • Essentials:
    • Durable hiking boots
    • Lightweight clothing layers (for varying temperatures)
    • Rain gear
    • Sun protection (hat, sunglasses, sunscreen)
    • Personal medication and first aid kit
  • Optional but Recommended:
    • Trekking poles
    • Camera
    • Power bank
    • Snacks and hydration salts

  1. Safety and Health

  • Guides: Our guides are trained in first aid and are familiar with the trails. Always listen to their advice and instructions.
  • Wildlife: If you encounter wildlife, maintain a safe distance and never feed them.
  • Water: Always drink purified or boiled water. We provide clean water, but if you're refilling from natural sources, make sure to use water purification tablets.
  1. Our Commitment to Sustainability

  • Leave No Trace: Carry out all your waste, including organic materials like fruit peels.
  • Supporting Local Communities: We prioritize hiring local guides and using local services. This supports the community and offers you a genuine experience.
  1. Payment and Cancellations

  • Deposit: A 20% deposit is required upon booking. The balance must be paid 10 days before the trek begins.
  • Cancellations: For cancellations made 15 days before the trek, 50% of the deposit is refundable. Please refer to our Cancellation Policy (Link) for more details.
